Delete My Account
You can request deletion of your Type A account and associated personal data.
Before launch: confirm the exact in-app deletion
path, retention period and any records you are legally required to
keep, then update this page to match the app.
Delete from inside Type A
- Open Type A Productivity.
- Go to Profile and open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you cannot access the app
Email using the email address connected to your Type A account. Use the subject line Account deletion request.
What happens next
Once verified, your account and the personal data linked to it will be deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy, except for any information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
