Who we are
Type A Productivity is a UK-based productivity app designed to help users choose what to work on next and make progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Information we collect
Replace this section with an exact list of the data your app processes. Depending on your implementation, this may include account information, task content, subscription status, app usage information, advertising identifiers, device information and support messages.
Why we use information
Explain each purpose clearly, including providing the app, syncing or storing tasks, maintaining account access, managing Pro access, serving adverts where applicable, preventing abuse, improving reliability and responding to support requests.
How information is stored and protected
State where data is stored, which providers are involved, whether information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the practical security controls you use to restrict access.
Advertising and analytics
List every advertising, analytics and crash-reporting provider used by the app, the data each provider receives, and link to their privacy information where appropriate.
Subscriptions and payments
If Type A Pro is purchased through Apple, explain that Apple processes the payment and that Type A may receive subscription status or transaction information needed to provide Pro access.
How long we keep information
Provide clear retention periods or the criteria used to determine them, including what happens after account deletion.
Your rights
Explain the rights available to users under applicable UK data protection law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability where relevant.
Account and data deletion
Users can initiate account deletion inside the app. Alternative instructions are available on our Delete My Account page.
Children and students
Because Type A may be used by students, confirm the minimum permitted age, whether parental consent is required in any circumstances, and how advertising or tracking is handled for younger users.
